WORCESTER — Worcester Police Detectives are investigating a suspicious death after a woman was found unconscious at a local spa on Pleasant Street.
On Nov. 23, at about 11:37 a.m., officers were dispatched to Angie’s Body Work Spa following a report of a female experiencing a possible medical issue.
Upon their arrival, a male individual flagged down the officers and led them to the unconscious woman.
The officers provided medical assistance until Worcester Emergency Medical Services arrived and pronounced the female deceased at the scene.
The Worcester Police Detectives have since commenced an investigation into the incident.
While the death is currently being treated as suspicious, the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
