DUMMERSTON — Vermont State Police arrested a 24-year-old Wardsboro man on suspicion of driving under the influence early Sunday morning after responding to a report of a single-car crash.
Liam D. Johnson was taken into custody following the incident, which occurred on Upper Dummerston Road.
Law enforcement arrived at the scene at midnight to find Johnson’s vehicle had crashed.
No other vehicles were involved.
Johnson is expected to face the DUI charge in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Dec. 5 at 8:30 a.m.
