LOWELL — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect connected to an armed robbery that took place in downtown Lowell on Nov. 11.
The Lowell Police Department reported that the individual, who is believed to have committed the robbery with a knife, has a distinctive tattoo on his neck.
Authorities are urging anyone who has information about the suspect or the incident to come forward.

The LPD is actively investigating the case and hopes that tips from the community will lead to a swift identification and apprehension of the suspect.
