TUNBRIDGE — A Bethel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Saturday morning after police responded to a disturbance involving a vehicle on Kelsey Mountain Road.
At approximately 12:50 a.m., troopers from the Royalton Barracks were dispatched following reports of loud music emanating from a vehicle obstructing the roadway.
Upon arrival, they encountered Kyle Miller, 32, behind the wheel.
Miller exhibited signs of intoxication and was subsequently taken into custody after a brief investigation.
He has been cited for DUI and is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court Orange Criminal Division on Dec. 6 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the charge.
