AMESBURY — The Amesbury Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a truck involved in a hit-and-run accident on Elm Street this afternoon around 4:30 p.m.
The vehicle, which is believed to be either a Ford F250 or F350, should have noticeable damage on the driver’s side and is missing the driver’s side headlight.
Witnesses last observed the truck making a turn from Elm Street onto Washington Street following the incident.
