IRASBURG — Travis Blake, 36, of Barton, Vermont, was cited for home improvement fraud following an incident reported on July 5, 2023, involving a 62-year-old woman from Irasburg.
Sanville reported that she paid a deposit to Blake, who operates Blake & Son’s Painting, for home improvement work. However, the agreement was not fulfilled, and the deposit was not returned. Following an investigation, Blake was issued a citation for home improvement fraud.
Blake is scheduled to appear in Orleans Superior Court on Nov. 28, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.
