WORCESTER — Detectives from the Worcester Police Department are investigating a fatal stabbing that claimed the life of a 23-year-old man in the Great Brook Valley area, officials said Tuesday.
Authorities were called to the scene early in the morning where they found the young male victim, who had sustained stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect, whose relationship to the victim suggests domestic violence, has been taken into custody.
