GEORGIA — A 48-year-old St. Albans woman was cited for unlawful trespass and violation of conditions of release, Vermont State Police reported Wednesday.
Authorities said they received a call at 12:09 p.m. on Nov. 8 about Angela Convard trespassing at a residence on Sand Hill Road, where she was prohibited from being under conditions of release.
Gordon Richard, 75, of Georgia, was identified as the victim of the trespass.
Convard was located shortly after the call and subsequently issued a citation to appear in court to address the charges.
The court date was not immediately provided.
