SHOREHAM — A Shoreham man was arrested Monday afternoon for allegedly violating the conditions of his court-ordered release, according to Vermont State Police.
Police said they received a report at about 4:32 p.m. that Christopher Stearns, 44, had breached terms set by the court.
Upon making contact with Stearns, officers confirmed the violation of his release conditions.
Stearns was taken into custody and processed at the New Haven State Police Barracks.
Following processing, he was released with a citation and is scheduled to appear in the Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Tuesday.
