SHOREHAM — A local man was arrested on Nov. 6 for breaching his court-ordered conditions of release, according to Vermont State Police.
Christopher Stearns, 44, was taken into custody after authorities were alerted to the violation.
State Police made contact with Stearns and confirmed that he had not adhered to the stipulations set forth by the court.
Following his arrest, Stearns was processed at the New Haven State Police Barracks.
He was subsequently released with a citation to appear before the Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Nov. 7.
The specific details of the conditions Stearns violated were not immediately released by law enforcement officials.
