MONTPELIER –– On the evening of Oct. 19, State Police responded to a reported dispute on Robinson Road in East Montpelier.
Upon arriving at the scene, police found two men, Brandin Vantine, 24, of Colchester, and Dylan Lucero, 21, of Essex, engaged in a physical altercation on the front lawn of a residence.
The investigation revealed that Marie Baril, 53, of East Montpelier, had assaulted Vantine after exiting the residence.
Lucero and Vantine were both issued citations for disorderly conduct, and are scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court- Criminal Division on Dec. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
Baril, who was charged with aggravated assault, is also due in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on the same date and time.
