NORTH TROY — A local man has been arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated domestic assault, the Vermont State Police reported.
Victor Laramee, 64, of North Troy, was taken into custody on Oct. 4 around 8:15 p.m. after law enforcement received a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed that Laramee caused physical harm to a family member.
After his arrest, he was transported to the Derby Barracks and later released on a citation to appear in court.
The age and residence of the victim were not disclosed.
The incident remains under investigation.
