NORWICH — A Connecticut man was cited for driving more than 40 miles per hour over the speed limit on Interstate 91 in Norwich on Nov. 5, Vermont State Police said.
Nagachaitanya Kasarla, 32, of Hartford, was clocked at 108 mph in a 65 mph zone around 1:26 p.m., according to police.
A trooper from the Royalton barracks observed the Dodge Charger speeding while traveling northbound on I-91.
The officer pulled over Kasarla and issued him a citation.
Kasarla is scheduled to appear in the Windsor County Criminal Court on Dec. 18 at 8:00 a.m.
