WATERBURY — A 51-year-old man from Maine was cited following an incident in Waterbury.
On October 16, police say they were notified that John Neville, of Gilead, ME, contacted a woman from Waterbury, a total of 441 times by means of an electronic device.
The calls came over the course of five days.
This violates his current conditions of release and an active abuse prevention order.
Neville was cited into court through his assigned counsel.
