EDEN — A 32-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Eden.
On October 30, authorities say they were notified of a family fight on North Road at around 10:40 p.m.
Police allege that Joshua Tallman, of Eden, had physically assaulted a domestic partner while violating conditions of release.
He is also accused of causing damage to property that did not belong to him.
Tallman had fled the scene prior to law enforcement arrival.
Despite a thorough search of the area, Tallman was not located.
Yesterday, the Lamoille County Superior Court issued an arrest warrant stemming from the incident with bail set at $5,000 on the charges of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault, violation of conditions of release, and unlawful mischief.
At around 5:15 p.m, officers from the Morrisville Police Department conducted a traffic stop and located Tallman.
Tallman was placed under arrest and later transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex for lack of $5,000 bail.
