NEW HAVEN — A 30-year-old man from Winooski was cited for excessive speeding in New Haven yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling 92 miles-per-hour in a posted 50 miles-per-hour speed limit zone.
Ryan Sears was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for speeding with a waiver penalty of $627.
Sears was released with a citation to answer the charge at a later date and time.
