ST. JOHNSBURY — A 61-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in St. Johnsbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were contacted by staff at Northern Vermont Regional Hospital, who told police that Ralph Morale, of St. Johnsbury, was refusing to leave the premises.
Police say that Morale had an active warrant from a recent incident and was transported to NERCF for lack of $5,000 bail.
He was cited into court at a later date.
