PEACHAM — A 42-year-old man from St. Johnsbury was arrested following an incident in Peacham today.
Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute on County Road at around 1:00 p.m.
Police allege that David Beer was in violation of three sets of his court-ordered conditions of release.
Beer was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury.
