ROLLINSFORD –– The Rollinsford Police Department is searching for a man in connection to a recent burglary, based on a photo caught by a video doorbell on Heritage Drive around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023.
Over the past two weeks, police have received multiple reports of a suspicious man seen on the outskirts of various properties. Descriptions provided by residents closely match the individual seen in the doorbell footage. Each time the man was confronted by a property owner, he fled the scene before police arrived.
In addition to this case, the department is investigating two other burglaries that have occurred within the same timeframe. It remains unconfirmed whether the man in the photo is linked to these additional incidents.
In light of these events, the Rollinsford Police Department is urging residents to secure their homes, locking doors and windows, and remain vigilant for any suspicious activity. Those with security cameras in the Heritage Drive area are encouraged to review their footage for any sightings of the man in question.
