HARTFORD — A 27-year-old local man, wanted on domestic assault and probation violation warrants, was arrested without incident on October 24, after a foot chase and a secured search of his residence, according to Officer Dan Bennett.
David Goodrich of Fairview Terrace in Hartford initially fled on foot from Bennett, then hid inside his residence.
The house was secured, and a warrant was obtained to search the premises, leading to Goodrich’s arrest.
Bennett was assisted by the Vermont State Police and the Norwich Police Department in the operation.
Goodrich was later lodged and is scheduled to appear in court at 12:30 p.m. on October 25, 2023.
