WESTMINSTER — A 40-year-old man from Putney was cited for his second DUI following a crash in Westminster yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on US Route 5 at around 6:00 a.m.
The driver was identified as Aaron Laundry.
Following an investigation, police allege that Laundry had been operating while under the influence of intoxicants.
He was transported to the Vermont State Police, Westminster barracks for processing and issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
