DUMMERSTON — A 36-year-old man from Athens was arrested on a warrant following a crash in Dummerston yesterday.
The crash took place on Middle Road, near the intersection of Tucker Reed Road, at around 3:50 p.m.
Police say that the driver, identified as Joshua Lescord, had an active arrest warrant.
The underlying charges for the warrant are for possession of cocaine and fentanyl.
Lescord was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital due to injuries from the crash.
He was cited and released to appear in court today to answer the charges of possession of cocaine and fentanyl
