CHARLOTTE — A 35-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Charlotte yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight at a home on Higbee Road at around 3:15 p.m.
Police say they encountered Christopher Carpentier, of Charlotte, when they arrived.
While speaking with Carpentier, police say they detected several signs of impairment.
An investigation revealed that Carpentier had also operated a vehicle with a criminally suspended license on a public highway while under the influence of intoxicants.
He was arrested for DUI #2 and DLS.
He was transported to the Williston barracks for processing and flash cited in court yesterday
