FAIRFAX — A 25-year-old woman from Burlington was cited following a crash in Fairfax yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 104, near the intersection with Misty Glen Road, at around 12:15 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Julia J. Pettinelli, whose license was criminally suspended.
While speaking with Pettinelli, police say they observed indicators of impairment from a substance other than alcohol.
She was impaired and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
She was cited and released to appear in court on November 21 to answer for the charges of DUI – drugs and DLS.
