MANCHESTER –– The Manchester Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying a vehicle photographed in connection to a shooting that occurred on October 8 in the Dubuque and Conant Streets area.
Police released images of the vehicle, acknowledging their poor quality, yet hoping someone might recognize the car.
They believe the vehicle is linked to the crime.
Detective James Pittman is leading the investigation.
