RUTLAND — A 38-year-old man was arrested for DUI in Rutland on Saturday.
Authorities say they were notified of a disabled vehicle on Dam Road at around 8:25 p.m.
Police say they located a vehicle parked partially in the road.
The driver was identified as Steven Ciccone, of Rutland.
Throughout the interaction with Ciccone, police say they observed indicators of impairment.
Ciccone was administered standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI.
A Drug Recognition Expert responded and conducted a screening of Ciccone.
He was transported for a blood draw and was released on a citation to appear in court for the charge.
