WATERBURY — A 36-year-old man from Ohio was arrested for DUI following a crash in Waterbury early this morning.
The single-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of North Main Street and Waterbury Stowe Road at around 12:35 a.m.
Police say the involved vehicle was traveling down Waterbury Stowe Road when it struck the roundabout.
The driver was identified as Junior Carmack, of Cleveland, OH.
Following an investigation, police allege that Carmack was under the influence of intoxicants.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and later released with a citation to appear in court.
