SHEFFIELD — A 19-year-old from St. Johnsbury was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Sheffield yesterday.
The crash took place on I-91 at around 10:30 p.m.
The vehicle was seen off the road and into the tree line.
Police say the teen driver had been texting and driving, and as a result lost control of the vehicle crashing into the tree line.
The vehicle sustained major damages and was taken off the road by Wright’s Towing.
The teen was transported by EMS to NVRH to be evaluated for minor injuries as a result of the motor vehicle crash.
