MILTON — A 35-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Milton on Thursday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on I-89 north at around 10:50 p.m.
State police was assisted on the scene by the Milton Police Department.
While speaking with the driver, Michael Laviolette, of Milton, police say they observed signs of impairment.
Troopers performed field sobriety exercises on Laviolette and determined he was under the influence of intoxicants.
He was transported to the State Police barracks in Williston for processing.
He was issued a citation for DUI to appear in court on October 31 to answer the charge.
