WILLISTON — A 33-year-old man from Burlington was cited following an incident in Williston.
Police say they located Justin Purvis on St. George Road at around 1:10 p.m. on October 5.
Purvis was found to be non-compliant with his responsibilities to report for the sex offender registry.
Annually, around the time of the sex offender’s birthday, sex offenders are required to update their picture and address information.
Purvis had not done this and was approximately 5 months late.
He was issued a citation.
