WASHINGTON — A 33-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Washington on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault that occurred on Corinth Road at around 2:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police arrested Joshua Pomerantz, of Washington, for the offense.
Pomerantz was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing.
He was released on conditions of release and issued a citation to appear in court on October 9.
