BARTON — A 40-year-old man was arrested in Barton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that Jason Davis was in the area of Maple Hill Road.
Police were aware that he had two extraditable warrants out of the state of New Hampshire for possession of fentanyl and contempt of court.
Davis was located and taken into custody without incident.
He was charged as a fugitive from justice and lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility.
