PEACHAM — A 46-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Peacham last month.
On September 27, authorities say they were notified that Mack Varnum, of Peacham, was violating the conditions of his release at around 3:10 p.m.
Police say that while there, Varnum was in violation of his curfew and was not at the residence.
An arrest warrant was applied for and granted due to Varnum’s whereabouts being unknown.
Varnum turned himself in at the Caledonia County Court House yesterday to answer to the charge of violation of conditions of release.
