POULTNEY — A 33-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Poultney today.
Police say they responded to a welfare check on a child on Blissville Road at around 6:40 p.m.
While conducting the welfare check, police say that Daryn Lowell, of Castleton, was in violation of 3 sets of his court-ordered conditions.
Lowell was taken into custody without incident and transported to the State Police Rutland barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
