WESTMINSTER — A 55-year-old man from Bellows Falls was cited following a crash in Westminster yesterday.
The two-vehicle crash took place on Route 121 at around 2:50 p.m.
The driver of vehicle one was identified as Tye Raymer.
Police say Raymer was impaired and driving with a suspended license.
The other party involved in the crash sustained no injuries.
Raymer was transported to Springfield Hospital and the investigation revealed he was also driving with an expired registration.
He was cited and scheduled to appear in court on November 21 to answer to the charges of DUI #2 and criminal DLS.
