CONCORD –– Concord Police Department is investigating a report of an adult male attempting to lure a 9-year-old girl into his vehicle near Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road on Sept. 28, around 4:15 p.m.
Patrol officers responded to the report and spoke with the girl and her father.
The girl was reportedly riding her bicycle in the area when the male suspect tried to entice her into his vehicle.
Officers were provided with a license plate number of the suspect vehicle.
A possible suspect was later located and interviewed, but no arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
