BERLIN — A 37-year-old man was cited for domestic assault following an incident in Berlin yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic altercation that occurred on I-89 at around 9:50 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Andrew Messier, of Berlin, assaulted a household member in the presence of children.
Messier was issued a citation to appear in court for the charges of domestic assault and offense committed within the presence of a child.
