HIGHGATE — A 68-year-old man from Massachusetts was arrested for DUI following an incident in Highgate Springs yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible intoxicated driver at the Highgate Point of Entry at around 11:35 p.m.
Following an investigation, police identified Luis Torres, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, as the driver.
Torres was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway under the influence of alcohol.
He was taken into custody and processed at the St Albans barracks.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on November 2.
