CAMBRIDGE — A 43-year-old man was cited for home improvement fraud following an incident in Cambridge.
On September 5, authorities say they were notified of a painting contractor who took a cash deposit and never completed the work at a home on Smugglers Loop Drive.
Police say Duane Farnsworth, of Cambridge, was fired by the victim and did not return the deposit money.
Farnsworth was issued a citation ordering him to appear in court on November 8.
