WATERBURY — A 51-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Waterbury on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified that John Neville, of Waterbury, was in violation of a relief from abuse order and court-ordered conditions of release on Guptil Road at around 10:30 p.m.
Police say Neville then crashed his car and damaged property.
He was taken into custody after fleeing the scene on foot and transported without incident to the Berlin barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court and transported to the Northeast State Correctional Facility in Saint Johnsbury on bail.
