JERICHO — A 37-year-old man from Milton was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Jericho yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop for a speed violation on Vermont Route 15 at around 9:15 p.m.
The driver was identified as Daniel Brouillette.
While speaking with Brouillette, police say they detected several indicators of impairment.
He was arrested for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, Brouillette was released with a citation to appear in court on November 2 to answer the charge.
