FERRISBURGH — A 39-year-old man from New York was cited for negligent operation following an incident in Ferrisburgh early yesterday morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a suspicious vehicle located near the front door of the Starry Night Café at around 3:50 a.m.
Police say that a pickup truck had backed into the Starry Night Café.
The driver was identified as Drew M. McCarthy, of Mechanicville, NY.
Following an investigation, police say that McCarthy’s license was criminally suspended.
McCarthy was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
