PROCTOR — A 27-year-old woman was arrested for domestic assault in Proctor early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault at a home on High Street at around 1:05 a.m.
Police allege that Margaret Kearney, of Proctor, assaulted a household member.
Kearney was placed under arrest and transported to the Rutland barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, she was conditionally released with a citation to appear in court.
