MARLBORO — A 21-year-old woman was arrested for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Marlboro.
Authorities say they were notified that Mira E. Capcara, of Brattleboro, was in violation of her conditions of release at around 7:55 a.m. on September 16.
An investigation substantiated the report that Capcara was in violation of five of her court-ordered sets of conditions.
She was transported to the Westminster barracks where she was cited and is scheduled to appear in court on September 20 to answer the charges.
