BAKERSFIELD — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Bakersfield today.
Authorities say they were notified of a crash involving a truck and ATV on Vermont Route 108 at around 12:50 p.m.
Police identified the drivers as Brett Langdell, 28, of Enosburgh, and David Ovitt, 84, of Fairfield.
According to the report, Langdell collided with the truck while it was attempting to turn.
He was transported to the Northwestern Medical Center by Enosburgh EMS.
Troopers observed indicators of drug impairment while interacting with Langdell who was issued a citation for DUI-drugs.
