BRADFORD — A 31-year-old man from Corinth was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Bradford yesterday.
Police say a “Be on the Lookout” was issued for a blue pickup truck operating erratically and failing to maintain its lane on I-91 at around 11:20 p.m.
The truck was traveling south from Exit 17 to Exit 16.
Police say they located the vehicle and identified the driver as Philip Poirier, who exhibited signs of impairment.
Poirier was arrested, transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing, and released with a citation to appear in court.
