SWANTON — A 30-year-old man from St. Albans was arrested for DUI following an incident in Swanton.
On September 13, authorities say they were notified of a vehicle that crashed into a telephone pole on Bushey Road at around 1:00 p.m.
Once on the scene, police say they made contact with the driver, identified as Timothy King II.
Police allege that King was driving the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
King was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.
He was released with a criminal citation to appear in court on October 2 to answer for the charge.
