MILTON — A 43-year-old man was arrested for DUI drugs following an incident in Milton on Thursday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Bombardier Drive after observing that the driver was using cannabis while driving and speeding.
The driver was identified as Joseph McGinnis, of Milton.
Police say that McGinnis was driving his vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
He was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and transported to the Milton Police Department for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court to answer the charge of DUI-Drugs.
