PITTSFORD — A 38-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Pittsford yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at a home at around 12:40 a.m.
Police allege that Travis Bovey, of Pittsford, had caused pain or injury to a family or household member.
Bovey was placed under arrest and was transported to the Rutland State Police barracks for processing and issued court-ordered conditions of release.
He was also given a citation to appear in court to answer the charges of domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services.
