DERBY LINE — A 26-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Derby Line yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a man who was yelling on Main Street at around 4:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, police say they identified Timothy Christopher, of Derby Line, to be walking down the road.
Police say Christopher had active pretrial court-issued conditions of released to have a curfew within his residence.
He was also violating the conditions of release.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Derby barracks for processing.
He was released on a citation to appear in court for the charge of violation of condition of release.
